1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ClearMySAT website (clearmysat.com) or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

ClearMySAT is operated by Mohit Arora, a sole trader. These terms apply to all visitors, prospective students, enrolled students, and parents or guardians acting on behalf of a student.

2. Our Services

ClearMySAT provides SAT preparation services including but not limited to:

• One-on-one online tutoring sessions

• Live group coaching classes

• Personalised study plans

• Progress tracking and score reporting

• Free assessment calls

All sessions are conducted online via video conferencing platforms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for high school students preparing for the SAT, and their parents or guardians. By booking a session or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you are either 18 years or older, or have parental or guardian consent to engage with our services.

4. Enrolment and Program Commitment

Enrolment in a ClearMySAT program is subject to availability and a free assessment call. Upon enrolment, students and their families agree to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions or provide reasonable notice of cancellation

• Complete assigned practice work between sessions

• Communicate openly with their tutor regarding progress and challenges

We reserve the right to discontinue services for students who consistently fail to attend sessions or meet program requirements, without refund eligibility under our guarantee.

5. Fees and Payment

Program fees are communicated during the assessment call and confirmed prior to enrolment. Payment terms, instalment options (if applicable), and accepted payment methods will be outlined in your enrolment agreement.

All fees are due in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon at enrolment. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

6. Score Improvement Guarantee

ClearMySAT offers a score improvement guarantee subject to the following conditions:

• The student completes the full 12-week program

• The student attends all scheduled one-on-one and group sessions

• The student completes all assigned practice materials and mock tests

• The student sits a qualifying official SAT exam within the agreed timeframe

If these conditions are met and no meaningful score improvement is achieved, a full refund will be issued. The guarantee does not apply in cases of partial program completion, missed sessions without notice, or failure to sit an official exam.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice will be rebooked at no charge

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited

• Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your guarantee eligibility

8. Communications and Phone Outreach

By submitting your contact details through our website or any third-party platform, you consent to being contacted by ClearMySAT via phone, email, or message for the purpose of discussing our services. You may opt out of further contact at any time by notifying us directly.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ClearMySAT website, including text, graphics, logos, study materials, and program structures, is the intellectual property of ClearMySAT and Mohit Arora. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.

Study materials provided to enrolled students are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

ClearMySAT provides coaching and preparation services to improve SAT performance. We do not guarantee admission to any college or university, nor do we guarantee any specific score outcome beyond the terms of our score improvement guarantee.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearMySAT and Mohit Arora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

11. Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms such as Calendly, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those platforms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at clearmysat.com/privacy-policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be handled in good faith, with both parties committed to reaching a fair resolution.
